Returns & Exchanges

At Samson Athletics, we stand by the quality of our gear; if your equipment doesn't help you reach your peak performance, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused athletic wear or equipment back into its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
